This Privacy Policy explains how MMO Directory (“MMO Directory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of mmodirectory.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, and shares information. We are based in the Philippines and serve users in the United States and worldwide. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

MMO Directory is an informational directory of websites related to earning money online, with user reviews and community discussion. Contact: hello@mmodirectory.com.

• Account information — when you sign in, our third-party authentication provider collects and processes your email address, username, and profile image, and issues you an account identifier. We receive these to identify you on the Site.
• Content you submit — reviews, ratings, community posts, comments, and any images or links you upload or paste.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps, collected automatically through logs and cookies.
• Communications — messages you send us, for example advertising inquiries.

We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data through the Site.

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you signed in), security, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may break sign-in and other features.

To operate and secure the Site; authenticate you; display your username and avatar on content you post; prevent fraud, abuse, and spam; respond to inquiries; comply with law; and improve the Site. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for any purpose.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Site to signed-in users), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving the Site), consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies), and legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers / processors — our authentication provider, and our cloud hosting, database, and file-storage providers, who process data on our behalf under contract. A current list of these subprocessors is available on request.
• Advertisers — advertising slots link out to third-party sites; we do not hand advertisers your personal information. Clicking an ad takes you to a third party governed by its own policy.
• Legal and safety — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

The Site lists and links to third-party websites, including advertisers and affiliate partners. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy handling. Review their policies before providing information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to/restrict processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent.

• California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (we do neither), plus non-discrimination for exercising rights.
• EEA/UK (GDPR): the rights above, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
• Philippines (Data Privacy Act, RA 10173): rights of access, correction, objection, erasure, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission.

To exercise any right, email hello@mmodirectory.com. We will verify your request (usually by confirming control of your account email) and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

We keep account and content data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Site, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Content you posted publicly (reviews, posts) may remain visible unless you delete it or ask us to.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate from the Philippines and use providers that may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Using the Site involves transferring your information to countries that may have different data-protection laws than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
